Surrounded by breathtaking views of vast olive orchards and recently retired, Dr. Robertis purchased the neighbouring properties and embarked on a mission to produce healthy, high quality olive oil. As a cardiologist, Dr. Robertis understood the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil and sharing these benefits and his knowledge became his passion.
After the passing of Dr. De Robertis , that same passion for producing the highest quality extra virgin olive oil was continued by his daughter Ottilia and son-in-law Paolo.
For years, De Robertis olive oil was produced and sold locally. Following the passing of Dr. Robertis, Ottillia and Paolo decided to pay tribute to Ottilia’s father by branding this premium olive oil with the De Robertis family crest and sharing it with the world.
